Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 14I (2) of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 as amended that Offaly County Council, being the Planning Authority for the area, made the Edenderry Local Area Plan 2023-2029 at their meeting held on Monday, 17th July 2023.
In accordance with Section 20(4A) of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 (as amended), the Local Area Plan shall be effective from the 28th August 2023.
A Strategic Environment Assessment Statement will be available alongside the Local Area Plan in accordance with Article 14I (1) of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 as amended.
A copy of the Local Area Plan and accompanying strategies including the Strategic Environmental Assessment Environmental Report and Statement Appropriate Assessment Natura Impact Report and Conclusion Statement and Strategic Flood Risk Assessment are kept and available for inspection at the following places during normal opening hours:
- Planning Section, Offaly County Council, Áras an Chontae, Charleville Road, Tullamore, County Offaly.
- Edenderry Municipal District, Edenderry Town Hall, O’Connell Square, Edenderry, Co. Offaly.
- Edenderry Library, JKL Street, Edenderry, Co. Offaly.
