Offaly County Council has made a bye-law regulating the storage, presentation, segregation and collection of household waste in its functional area, which in this instance includes the towns of Tullamore and Birr.
This bye-law shall become operative with effect from 1st June 2009 or such date as may be deemed appropriate by Offaly County Council.
