Expressions of interest are invited for the provision of dwellings under a new long term leasing initiative in Edenderry, Clara and Banagher.
Subject to agreement and approval:
• Offaly County Council will lease private dwellings;
• Properties will be tenanted, managed and maintained by the local authority;
• Leases will be for between 10-20 years;
• Rent will be guaranteed for the whole lease period;
All expressions of interest should be submitted on a standard template available
for download at www.offaly.ie and returned for consideration to the Housing Unit, Offaly County Council, Aras an Chontae, Charleville Road, Tullamore, Co. Offaly.
Submissions must include a minimum of 5 properties and consideration will only be given to properties in areas where the local authority has a need for housing.
Properties must be of a good quality and comply with all planning and building regulations. All properties must have a structural guarantee. Further information is available on www.offaly.ie
