FAS eLearning in the library is returning to Offaly Libraries early in 2012

This programme is designed for people who wish to make their first steps in learning about computers and concentrates on practical tasks such as using the internet, word processing and using email.

If you are new to computers and want to take things slowly, this course is perfect for you. It will help you get up and running at a nice easy pace.

Aimed at absolute beginners, and those who want to improce their PC skills, FÁS and Birr, Clara, Edenderry and Tullamore libraries are offering you the chance to brush up on your PC skills. Enquire now, as places are limited.

This  project  will start off small at first and it is envisaged that all Libraries will have at least one course running initially , number dependant. The course is 16 weeks long and participants will have to commit to the entire course.

This course will run for 16 weeks. If you are already a registered FÁS Client you can apply for this programme at your local FÁS Office.
