To join the library just call in to your local branch and fill in an application form. You will require some form of identification at the time of joining (e.g. passport, driving licence, utility bill.. Once you are a member of one library you can avail of the services of any branch library in Offaly.
Adult members can borrow 6 items, and under 18s can borrow 4 items. The standard loan period is 4 weeks.
