Former news correspondent and renowned children’s author gave a talk on The Rebellion of 1798 at Edenderry library on Wednesday 12th August last. Tom touched on the rebellion in Edenderry and the role General Holt played therein.
Tom McCaughren has written 15 books, most of them for children and young adults. His works are of fiction but often revolve around actual historical events.
