Full Driving Licences
Your first Full Driving Licence will be issued in either the motor bike or car categories, depending on the test you take. You must hold a full car licence (category B) before you can apply for a Learner Permit in any higher category (ie category C1, C, D1, D, EB, EC, EC1, ED, ED1). A Full Driving Licence can also reduce the cost of your motor insurance and permit you to drive in other countries.
