I am aged between 16 and 69. What documentation do I need to submit to apply to renew my Full Driving Licence?

You need the following :

1. Full Driving Licence Application Form, completed and signed.
2. Expired full driving licence.
3. 2 identical passport sized photographs, signed on the reverse side
4. Fee: 3 year €15, 10 year €25
5. A Medical Report Form may be necessary, when applying for a full driving licence : In categories C, C1, D, D1, EC, EC1, ED or ED1 OR if the applicant has a medical condition.
6. A signed declaration from the applicant may be necessary if you hold any of the above commercial categories, but do not wish to renew them. If during the life of the licence, you decide that you want to reclaim the aforementioned categories, you must then submit a Medical Report.
