I have passed my Driving Test. What documentation do I need to submit to apply for a Full Driving Licence?

You need :

1. Certificate of Competency - received from the driving tester on passing your driving test.
2. Provisional Licence.
3. Full Driving Licence Application Form, completed.
4. 2 identical passport sized photographs signed on the reverse side.
5. Fee: 3 year € 15, 10 year € 25
6. A Medical Report Form may be required in certain circumstances, namely : When applying for a full driving licence in categories C, C1, D, D1, EC, EC1, ED or ED1, when the applicant is over 70 years of age, or if the applicant has a medical condition.
