I would like to add an extra category to my Full Driving Licence. What documentation do I need?

You need the following: (1) Certificate of Competency - received from the driving tester on passing your driving test. (2) Full Driving Licence Application Form, completed. (3) 2 identical passport sized photos, signed on the reverse side. (4) Full Driving Licence. (5) A Medical Report may be necessary, only in the case whereby you are applying for a commercial category (C, C1, D, D1, EC, EC1, ED, ED1). Note there is no fee for this transaction.
