Our Services

The Motor Taxation Section provides the following main services to the public:

• Taxing Vehicles - Brand New Vehicles, Imported Vehicles, Renewal of Motor Tax previously issued in Ireland or Motor Tax rates
• Driving Licences - Driving Licensing - applying for Learner Permits (1,2 3 and subsequent licences), applying for a driving theory test/driving text, applying for a full licence
• Issuing Certificate of Road Worthinessfor commercial vehicles according to the relevant regulations.
• Issue of Trade Plates
