This form should be completed and returned to the relevant area office that the property is located in. Contact details for the area offices are available on the Water Services Home Page.
If there is no public sewer the second option is to install a private effluent system:
Houses located in rural areas, not served by public sewers, depend on either a septic tank system or a secondary treatment system to treat and dispose of their domestic wastewater.
Information about private effluent systems can be obtained from the Environment Section of Offaly County Council.
