List of Approved Newspapers for publication of Planning Applications
In accordance with Part 4 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2006 Article 18 (2), Birr Town Council, as the Planning Authority, has approved the following list of newspapers as approved newspapers for the purposes of these Regulations.
Accordingly advertisements in respect of applications for planning permission for the Birr Urban Area must be placed in one of the approved newspapers as follows:-
