Welcome to Tullamore Town Council.
Located in the centre of Offaly, Tullamore is Offaly's largest towns. The role of the Tullamore Town Council is to represent the people of Tullamore and to assist in the continued growth and prosperity of the town.
We provide a large range of infrastructural services, and play an active role in the development of the town's industry, business, social, arts, heritage and cultural affairs.

Litter Management Plan 2011 to 2013

Tullamore Town Council 150 Year Celebrations
Tullamore Town Council was 150 years old on the 3rd September, 2010. A programme of activities to celebrate this ocassion took place over the month of September. Click on the following link to download a copy of the brochure

Tullamore Canal Corridor Project
Five contracting firms were selected following an Expressions of Interest process to tender for the Design and Build of Footbridges and a Boardwalk along the Grand Canal Corridor in Tullamore, Co. Offaly. Tenders are currently being assessed. The project is due for completion in 2012 and is partly funded by the EU under the ERDF Scheme, funding for which is channelled through the BMW Regional Assembly based in Ballaghadereen, Co. Roscommon.

Important Changes in Tullamore Town Council Planning Services from 2010
From the 1st January, 2010, the administration and processing of planning applications for Tullamore Town Council is being carried out by Offaly County Council on the Town Council's behalf. See 'Planning Services' for more details
