Since the 1st January, 2010, the administration of the Tullamore Town Council Planning Control Function is now carried out by Offaly County Council on the Town Council's behalf. This change was made as part of the on-going programme to enhance customer services in the Offaly Local Authorities. Tullamore Town Council will however still remain as the statutory Planning Authority for the town. Further information on this is available by clicking on the document below.
