BIRR LOCAL AREA PLAN 2023-2029
Offaly County Council adopted the Local Area Plan 2023-2029 for Birr Town Plan which includes Crinkill on 15th May 2023. The Local Area Plan sets out a blue-print for the future development of Birr and Crinkill for the next 6 years.
In accordance with Section 20(4A) of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 (as amended), the Local Area Plan shall be effective from the 26th June 2023.
The following stages were undertaken in the plan making process:
- Pre-Draft Stage
- Draft Stage
- Material Alteration Stage
- Adopted Birr Local Area Plan
