BIRR LOCAL AREA PLAN 2023-2029

Offaly County Council adoptd the Local Area Plan 2023-2029 for Birr Town Plan which includes Crinkill on 15th May 2023. The Local Area Plan sets out a blue-print for the future development of Birr and Crinkill for the next 6 years.

The following stages were undertaken in the plan making process:

• Draft Stage
• Material Alteration Stage
