Observations or submissions regarding public consultation, including names and addresses of those making submissions and/or observations, submitted to Offaly County Council, Birr, Edenderry or Tullamore Municipal Districts, will form part of the statutorily required report to be presented at the monthly meeting of Offaly County Council and/or relevant Municipal District Meetings.
Accordingly, this information will be included in the minutes of that meeting and may appear in the public domain.
Offaly County Council will retain data for no longer than is necessary and in accordance with the Council’s Data Protection Policy and Privacy Statement (available on www.offaly.ie)
