The offices will close at 1 p.m. on Thursday 23rd December and will re-open on Thursday 30th December (9.30a.m. to 1p.m.). They will be closed on Monday 3rd January and re-open on Tuesday 4th January (9.30a.m. to 1p.m.). Please call 1800 151515 for out of office hours’ emergencies relating to Council services. To report an issue on water supply/water quality or waste water please contact Irish Water on 1800 278 278.

Motor Taxation Office: 9.30a.m. to 1p.m. on 23rd December and
9.30a.m. to 1p.m. on 30th & 31st December
Cash Office: 9.30a.m. to 1p.m. on 23rd December and
9.30a.m. to 1p.m. on 30th & 31st December.
Planning Office: 9.30a.m. to 1p.m. on 23rd December and
9.30a.m. to 1p.m. on 30th & 31st December.
Housing Office: 9.30 am to 12 noon on 23rd December and
9.30 am to 12 noon on 30th & 31st December.

THE DOG POUND:
Offaly Dog Shelter is located in Cappincur, Tullamore, Co. Offaly 057 9351181 currently open by appointment only from 10 am to 1 pm, Mon to Sat (excluding Wed).
Offaly Dog Shelter will not accept any surrenders or rehome any dogs from 13th December 2021 to 3rd January 2022
All dogs in the pound during this time will be cared for but no dogs can be accepted or rehomed during this time.
