Purchase of Schemes of Houses for Social Housing

Offaly County Council is seeking to purchase schemes of houses up to a maximum of 20 on one site for Social Housing purposes in County Offaly.

The critera for decision to purchase would include the following:

Social Housing need in the area concerned.

Timescale for delivery.

Value for money.

Quality and design.

Expressions of interest in providing houses should be sent to Director of Services for Housing , Offaly County Council, Aras an Chontae, Charleville Road, Tullamore not later than 27th April 2018.

Please note that Offaly County Council is not obliged to purchase any schemes submitted, and that house purchases are subject to the approval of the Department of Housing Planning and Local Government.
