Offaly County Council hereby invites tenders for the purchase of Industrial Sites numbers 15, 16 and 17 at Ferbane Business & Technology Park, Ferbane, County Offaly.
Site 15 comprises - 0.36 hectares; site 16 - 0.44 hectares; and site 17- 0.74 hectares. The sites are located on a fully serviced industrial estate.
Costs in relation to the connections to the services will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Tenders for the purchase any of the three sites, using the prescribed Tender Form, should be posted or delivered to Offaly County Council, Aras An Chontae, Charleville Road, Tullamore, Co. Offaly. Tenders should be clearly marked “Tender for purchase of Industrial Sites, Ferbane Business & Technology Park, Ferbane.”
The closing date for receipt of tenders is Thursday 13th January 2022 at 12.00noon.
All sealed Tenders will be evaluated after a formal opening process on or after the closing date.
