Offaly County Council Festivals Arts Grant Scheme is a grant to organisations that promote festivals or events with a clear artistic purpose that will take place in the jurisdiction of Offaly. Funding is limited and there is a high standard of applications. Please do read the guidelines carefully and ensure the Festivals eligibility.
