CLOSED - Community Support Fund 2022-23
Offaly County Council in conjunction with Offaly Local Community Development Committee (LCDC) invites grant applications for the Community Support Fund 2022-2023 under the Community Enhancement Programme.
The Community Support Fund is a once-off fund, funded by the Department of Rural and Community Development and is administered locally by Offaly LCDC.
A total fund of €298,782 has been made available to Offaly LCDC to support small-scale projects for not-for-profit community or voluntary groups. Applications may be made online using the links below, before the closing date of noon on 24th February 2023.
Grants will be provided ranging from €500 to a maximum of €5,000.
All funding must be drawn down by 31st August 2023
All documentation/evidence of completion must be submitted before 17 November 2023.

(A) €146,403 Current non-pay running costs such as energy costs (electricity costs, refuse charges, heating charges) or other non-pay operating costs for e.g. rental/lease costs, insurance bills. Only energy/operating costs incurred in the period 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023 are eligible. (B) €99,391 Capital repairs and improvements to facilities / purchase of equipment, e.g. tables and chairs, tools and signage, laptops and printers, lawnmowers, training equipment etc. (C) €50,000LED Lighting.
