Public Access to Building Control Documents

These documents outline Offaly Fire Service's procedure for ensuring appropriate public access to Fire Safety Certificate application files which form part of the suite of Building Control Documentation, subject to qualified exemptions e.g. in the case of commercially sensitive and personal information.

Note: Offaly Fire Service will only allow the public access to files by prior appointment and in the presence of a member of staff.
