Proposed Part 8 Development - Clonminch

Offaly County Council, in partnership with Approved Housing Body Oaklee, proposes to carry out development at Clonminch, Tullamore, County Offaly.

The development consists of:

Construction of 19 housing units (14 x 2 bed units (single-storey) & 5 x 1 bed units (single-storey)) and all associated site works.

Plans and particulars below of the proposed development are available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office  hours at the offices of Tullamore Municipal District, Acres Hall, Tullamore, Co. Offaly, and Planning Section, Offaly County Council, Áras an Chontae, Charleville Road, Tullamore, County Offaly For a period of 4 (four) weeks, beginning on Thursday, 9th May 2019. Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated, may be made in writing to The Director  of Services, Housing Section, Offaly County Council, Áras an Chontae, Charleville Road, Tullamore, County Offaly. Closing date for submissions or observations is Friday, 21st June 2019 at 3.00 p.m. Any person may, within 4 weeks beginning on Thursday 9th May 2019, apply to An Bord Pleanála for a screening determination as to whether the development would be likely to have significant effects on the environment.
