Offaly County Council proposes to carry out development at Sr. Senan Avenue, Edenderry, Co. Offaly.
The development will consist of:
The construction of 4 no. single storey semi-detached dwellings along with all associated site development works.
Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours atthe offices of
Edenderry Municipal District, Town Hall, Edenderry, Co. Offaly, R45 K766 and the Planning Section, Offaly County Council, Áras an Chontae, Charleville Road, Tullamore, County Offaly,R35 F893 for a period of 4 (four) weeks, beginning on Tuesday 29th September 2020.
Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated, may be made in writingto The Director of Services, Housing Section, Offaly County Council, Áras an Chontae, Charleville Road, Tullamore, County Offaly, R35 F893 for a period of6 (six) weeks, beginning on Tuesday, 29th September 2020.
Any person may, within 4 weeks beginning onTuesday 29th September 2020, apply to An Bord Pleanála for a screening determination as to whether the development would be likely to have significant effects on the environment.
