Zukey by Elma Lawless

Inspired by her boys Zach and Luke, the brand Zukey was created and is based in Durrow, Co Offaly. The exhibition consists of colourful story cushions, an interactive wall mural and fun products for children, to bring colour and nature into their home.

The Zukey Tree is an interactive children’s mural, which the user makes from a kit. It is designed as an ongoing craft project for parents and children to make together. The starter kit contains: stencil of a tree, felt leaves, birds and animals. Families can buy additional sets of felt pieces to decorate their tree. The story cushions are designed to inspire young imaginations. The range of soft furnishings and decorations for children’s rooms continue the theme of the natural world and complement The Zukey Tree.

This exhibition will run in Tullamore Library for the month of January.
