Writing for Wellbeing with E.R. Murray
Join this supportive and friendly writing workshop designed to help encourage wellbeing. Through a series of writing exercises and prompts, you will try various techniques that tap into your creativity to explore emotions and ideas, building a store of writing tools that you can use to help boost focus, inspiration, enthusiasm, and confidence. The workshop focuses on getting your ideas out and words on the page, so you will not be required to share your work aloud with other participants, but there is plenty of time for discussion, reflection, and questions. Suitable for beginners or anyone who wants to explore how creativity can be utilised to improve wellbeing.
