Vision-net logo new

Vision-net is an on-line business resource available to all members of Offaly Library service.  Library members have access to company and sole-traders information for all companies in Ireland and the UK.  This information is accessed from the Companies Registration Office (CRO) in Ireland and the Registrar of Companies (UK), official Government bodies.  The information is reliable and up-to-date.  

Patrons will typically use Vision-net to do research on companies for interview purposes, or source information on potential suppliers or business partners.  There is also information on the roles of the directors of the companies.  They can also draw on the expertise of  Vision-Net’s staff and the business database. 

This resource is widely used by businesses, individuals and Citizens Information Centres.

Local Enterprise Office Logo

The Library service is working with the Local Enterprise Office Offaly to improve the delivery of business, enterprise and employment  information and advisory services in the County.

Citizens Information Logo

Provides information on public services and entitlements in Ireland. It is provided by the Citizens Information Board. You can also get Citizens Information by phoning the Citizens Information Phone Service on 0761 07 4000, Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm, or by visiting your local Citizens Information Centre.
