Birr Local Area Plan 2023-2029 Pre-Draft Plan

Offaly County Council is commencing the preparation of a Local Area Plan (LAP) for Birr Town which includes Crinkill. The initial stage involves consultation which presents an opportunity to you to shape Birr into the future and to have a say when it comes to important issues such as climate action, energy, biodiversity, heritage, housing, transportation, environmental protection, employment & enterprise, community, tourism, recreation, regeneration, and retail. 

Please note that a public consultation drop-in session at Birr Civic Offices is arranged for Monday 9th May at 4pm-7pm.
