Offaly County Council has carried out a preliminary examination of the nature size and location of the proposed development and has determined that the proposed development will not have significant effects on the environment and does not require an Environmental Impact Assessment. Any person may, within 4 weeks from the date of this notice, apply to An Bord Pleanála for a screening determination as to whether the development would be likely to have significant effects on the environment.

Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection and purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during normal public opening hours at the Edenderry Municipal District, Edenderry Town Hall, Edenderry, Co. Offaly, Eircode: R45 K766 for a period ending 22nd of July 2020.
In the event of the Edenderry Municipal District offices remaining closed to the public due to the ongoing Covid 19 restrictions the plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection or purchase by appointment with the Edenderry Municipal District, Offaly County Council.
