Offaly County Council - Local Improvement Scheme 2022 - Non Public Roads

Offaly County Council is inviting applications for suitable roads projects for consideration under the Local Improvement Scheme which applies to non-public roads.   Eligible roads must benefit two or more parcels of land owned or occupied by different persons, be used for harvesting or serve an amenity.

Applications that meet the scheme criteria will be further assessed and prioritised to be considered for inclusion in future allocations for Offaly County Council under the scheme.

Previous applicants on the 2021 approved list are not required to apply again and will be prioritised with due regard to the qualifying criteria.

Completed applications should be returned by post to the relevant Municipal District Council.

The closing date for receipt of applications is Wednesday 15th June 2022.

LIS grant is subject to Department of Rural and Community Development funding.
