  • Road Closure Monday 21st October R436 Ferbane to Ballycumber

    The R436 Ferbane to Ballycumber road will be closed from next Monday October 21st for a period of 1 day to facilitate road improvement works. Local traffic diversions will be in place. Local access will be maintained where possible. These road closures are necessary to facilitate repair works to the roads. Offaly County Council regrets any inconvenience to road users.

  • Road Closure The Square Clara: Scream in the Square

    Offaly County Council gives notice of its decision to close, temporarily the following roads in accordance with Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993 (S.I. 197 of 1993) and the Roads Regulation 1994: L-6014-3 Kilbride Road from the Square to St Brigid’s Parish Church, Clara L-6023-1 from the Square to the Junction with Chapel Lane, Clara The road will be closed from 17:00 hrs to 20:30 hrs on Thursday 31st October 2019. The road closure is necessary to facilitate the “Scare in the Square” community run event for children. Diversions will be in place.
