Expressions of Interest for Industrial Sites at Ferbane Business and Technology Park.
Offaly County Council is inviting Expressions of Interest from suitable start-up or expanding businesses to purchase the vacant sites at Ferbane Business and Technology Park at Ballycumber Road, Aghaboy, Ferbane Co Offaly. There are five sites remaining at the park. They are zoned for Enterprise/Employment under the Offaly County Development Plan 2021-2027. However full Planning Permission will be required for any proposed development of the sites. The ground is currently under extensive trees & vegetation and is low lying in nature, with extensive excavation, drainage & hardcore fill required prior to any proposed development. The sites range in size from 0.89 acre/0.36 hectare to 1.336 acre/0.54 hectare. Electricity, mains water & mains sewerage are located adjacent to the sites. Finished roadways, footpaths & street lighting are installed to common area of the Business Park.
In the event of oversubscribed demand, preference will be given to businesses wishing to create employment or increase their existing workforce.
