Perhaps visitors this year could swap out costumes with their family/ friends or turn an existing item of clothing into something spooky!

This event is produced by Up Close and Personal Promotions, in conjunction with Tullamore Municipal District of Offaly County Council and will be managed to ensure festival goers enjoy the huge variety of experiences safely and at their leisure.
